Welcome to God & Country Designs (“we,” “us,” “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products (“Services”).
By visiting our store or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or make a purchase.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the website without our written permission.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (excluding payment details) may be transferred unencrypted and adapted to meet technical requirements.

3. Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information

We do our best to ensure accurate product information, descriptions, and pricing.
However, we are not responsible if information is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated due to supplier or printing-partner updates.

4. Products & Services

Our products are created using print-on-demand production through trusted third-party providers (such as Printify).
Colors may vary slightly between digital mockups and physical products due to monitor calibration and printing methods.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings at any time.

5. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our production partner for printing and fulfillment.
Because of this automated workflow:

  • Orders cannot be changed, edited, or canceled once sent to production.

  • Production and shipping times vary depending on item, demand, and location.

You understand that printing partners may experience delays beyond our control, especially during holidays.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.

If the tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the item, please contact the carrier to open a delivery inquiry.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because our items are made-to-order custom products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color variations due to different screen settings

However, we will replace items that arrive damaged or defective.
To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at mikelindsey914@gmail.com

  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

  3. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If approved, a replacement will be issued at no cost to you.

8. Pricing & Billing

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
If a billing charge is suspected to be fraudulent, we may cancel the order and notify the card issuer.

9. Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools (e.g., Printify, tracking apps, Shopify apps).
We provide access as is without warranties and without responsibility for issues that arise from their use.

10. Third-Party Links

Links on this site may direct you to third-party websites we do not control.
We are not responsible for content, services, or privacy practices of those third parties.

11. User Comments & Submissions

You agree that comments, reviews, or suggestions you submit may be used by us without restriction.
We reserve the right to remove content that is offensive, threatening, defamatory, or violates these Terms.

12. Personal Information

Your personal information is collected and stored according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site:

  • For unlawful purposes

  • To infringe on intellectual property

  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, or discriminate

  • To transmit malware or harmful code

  • To interfere with the security of our Services

Violation of any prohibited use will result in immediate termination of Services.

We do not guarantee that your use of the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

15. Limitation of Liability

God & Country Designs is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party production partners

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Printing variation

  • Incorrect information supplied by the buyer

  • Any damages arising from use of our site or products

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless God & Country Designs, its owners, partners, and affiliates from any claims arising from your misuse of the site or products.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
