Refund policy


God & Country Designs — Return & Refund Policy

At God & Country Designs, every product is made to order, custom-printed specifically for you. Because of this personalized production process, we maintain the following return and refund policy.


1. All Sales Are Final (Made-to-Order Policy)

Because our products are created using print-on-demand production, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Choosing the wrong design

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color variations due to screen differences

  • Minor printing variations (normal for all POD manufacturing)

Each item is printed specifically for the customer who ordered it — therefore we cannot resell returned items.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

We will replace items that arrive damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect due to a printing or fulfillment error.

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at mikelindsey914@gmail.com

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach clear photos of the issue (front, back, and close-up if needed)

  4. Submit your request within 7 days of delivery

If approved, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you.


3. Wrong Address or Missing Package

Wrong Address Entered

If a customer enters an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we are not responsible for the delivery failure.
We cannot issue refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, or building management

  • Contact the shipping carrier to open a delivery investigation

We cannot refund or replace orders once they have been marked “delivered” by the carrier.


4. Order Cancellation Policy

Because orders go into automated production immediately:

  • Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or edited once the printing process has started.

  • If you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, we may attempt to cancel, but cancellation is not guaranteed.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Proven defective products

  • Items damaged during production

  • Orders canceled before going into production (rare)

If applicable, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges since all items are custom printed.
If there is a production error, the item will be reprinted and replaced — not exchanged for a different design or size.


7. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a replacement is approved, we cover the shipping for the replacement.
